| If you want to see what kind
of business an entrepreneur can build around a kart track, then
Rye House is the place to visit. The circuit itself hasn't changed
a great deal over the years but the facilities and business generated
from the track has transformed Rye House into a fantastic facility
and showcase for karting.

IndyCar star Dan Wheldon described Rye as one of his
favourite tracks!

Rye House from the sky!
Rye House is still a great place for regular karters
like us, but the owners also understand that if kart tracks are
going to survive, then every square foot has to generate its fair
share of revenue, and that's where Rye House is superior to any
other karting venue I've seen. Everywhere you look there is something
going on in that place - hire karting, Club 100, kart manufacture
and the recently refurbished bar, the whole place is buzzing all
the time.

Rye House is where it all started for 2008 F1 WDC Lewis
Hamilton
Now the benefits of all this activity to karters
is that we get to use the quality facilities that all this activity
pays for. So when you race or practice at Rye House you get the
benefits that come from a well staffed bar and Café, nicely
paved pit areas and a really smart kart shop. And if you ever wanted
to entertain a sponsor then you can safely invite them along to
Rye, safe in the knowledge they won't wonder 'what the hell is this!!'

Rye House has a first class cafe/viewing area
John at Rye House sums up what the venue is all
about quite well himself:-
“At the end of the day we are all here for
one thing, we love karting and it's this kind of business that can
guarantee Rye House will be here to stay, rather than taken over
by developers” John Huff – Rye House

Rye House is probably the only kart venue to boast a
Crazy Golf Course!
