War of Words Hits Australian Karting Scene!

By news ~ April 29th, 2009. Filed under: Kart Racing News.

A war of words is brewing in the Australian karting scene as Pheonix Kart’s owner Col Fink launched a blistering and astonishing attack towards one of Australia’s most popular karting magazines – Kart Magazine. Writing on KartBook the basis of his rage was related to an article about the cost of karting comparing Rotax, Leopard, and the Clubman classes. He accused them of being ‘morally corrupt’ due to their overwhelming bias of the Rotax classes.

All of a sudden, every mention of Leopard engines is incredibly negative. Every mention of MG tyres is incredibly negative. Conversely, it seems Rotax engines are going to bring about world peace (when combined with those DELIGHTFUL Mojo tyres of course), the way they’re crapping on about them!!
