Marco Ardigo has cemented his dominance as the best kart driver on the planet with another World Championship title. Kozlinski led the early stages of the race but an engine failure saw his hopes go up in smoke. Ardigo and Catt exchanged positions in there after but it was Ardigo who managed to get his head down and pull a gap.
Libor Toman was the surprise package as he came through to take second place.

In KF2 Camponeschi repeated his European triumph with victory in the KF2 World Cup. Oliver Rowland drove a storming race to finish 2nd from grid 9. This means TonyKart/Vortex continue their winning dominance in the new KF karting era!
