I havbe just discovered some video of Ayrton Senna Racing karts back in the day. I think it may be from 1977. It shows him racing his DAP powered kart. This is a very very very special video indeed.

It was taken from a time when karts were pure racing machines. No pods, no clutches, no water-cooling. It was pure simple harmony between man and machine.

On the video you can see Senna’s very stylish, and aggressive driving technique. One clip shows him sliding the kart into the corner like a karting god!

If you look carefully you will see a kart two wheeling. You will also notice that they are wearing an open faced helmet. This is the one and only Terry Fullerton. This video is truly amazing!
It may only be 53 seconds long, and have no sound, but WHO cares this is pure karting magic! Check the Ayrton Senna karting vid!
