1KG of ‘Green n Black’ dark chocolate with my feet dipped in a paddling pool sounds awesome! I’ll give it a go once some chains turn up.

    Cheers

I am from the UK but race shifters on a club circuit here in Brazil, and yes keeping your cool in temps up to 40 c is a bit of a challenge ! However once your body gets used to high temps it does get a little easier to manage. Guys here use simple methods ie after session will put the tea shirt under a cold tap , this certainly helps bring down body temps, unless the female drivers use this method !! then temps usually rise a little, My personal favourite is the Air hose, stick it up the race suit for a few mins before going out.
