Following the success of the previous two CIK events hosted by TVKC & PFi and the recent track extension to increase the circuit’s length to 1382m – the CIK backed the Club’s application to host a ‘World’ Championship event in 2012.

Trent Valley Kart Club are ecstatic to have been granted such a prestigious race meeting and plans have already started to make this event ‘one to remember’. TVKC’s Club Chairman, Nigel Edwards, has been striving to secure a race meeting of this calibre for PFi for some time; “There has been a lots of hard work and determination from both TVKC and Paul Fletcher to achieve this goal but it has all paid off by securing this landmark event – we couldn’t be happier”.

More information about this event will be released in the New Year and the details will be published on TVKC’s website… www.tvkc.co.uk

TVKC are currently looking for helpers to assist at this meeting. If you would like to be involved in the event in some way, please contact Clare Mills at clare@tvkc.co.uk to register your interest.
