Kartmasters 2011 – The Round Up!

Trent Valley Kart Club hosted the 16th running of the legendary MSA Kartmasters British Kart Grand Prix at PF International, Lincolnshire, last weekend. The event proved to be as popular as ever, attracting both UK and Overseas competitors aswell as an abundant number of spectators – a great weekend was had by all!

With a huge prize fund of over £10,000 on offer and of course the coveted GP plates up for grabs – the 223 drivers competed in 10 different classes to challenge for the 2011 Kartmasters titles.

Congratulations to the newly crowned 2011 GP plate winners:

COMER –   Daniel Ticktum
HONDA – Steven Prentice
MINI MAX – Ross Gunn
JUNIOR MAX –  Jack Barlow
JUNIOR TKM – Danny Keirle
KF3 – Ben Barnicoat
SENIOR MAX – Edward Brand
177 MAX – Lucas Orrock
KGP – Mark Litchfield

The race footage from each of the Grand Prix was captured by the TV cameras and will be broadcast on MotorsTV in September and will be broken down into three episodes:

EPISODE 1: Comer / KF3 / KGP 5th September @ 18.00

EPISODE 2: WTP / Mini Max / Junior Max / Senior Max 12th September @ 18.00

EPISODE 3: Honda / Junior TKM / 177 Max 19th September @ 18.00

All three episodes will feature on the Kartmasters 2011 DVD!
