brake bleeding and fuel advice

hi,
iv'e had some fuel pre mixed in my rotax tank for approx 4mths. should i empty out and replace? would i loose power if i didn't.

also i havent bled the brakes in my kart for approx 1 year, would i need to bleed them?

Its best to use new fuel, the engine might not even fire on stale fuel as the octane rating drops over time, empty out the old fuel and bleed the brakes, maybe even change the brake fluid whilst your at it, you don't really want to get to the corner and find that you have no brakes!
