just bolted my practice engine/carb on for fullbeck tomorrow Very Happy , started it up on the stand and everything seemed ok apart from the fact there was a bit of exhaust smoke coming through my carb and it was spraying OUT a bit of fuel... hmmm.
id just rebuilt the carb i was using and the engine has done 40hrs from new (not been rebuilt yet).

i was pretty shure it was the reeds but since its a jnr i cant take the reed block of and stick some new petals in. i know the usual test is to hold the block up to a bright light and see if there is anything shining through. so i did next best thing took the exhaust and carb off and shone a torch through everything seemed fine???

any idea anyone?? Confused

Its not usual for some fuel to come out of the carb went running that's just the nature of a 2/ reed valve.
