Jurgen mentioned to me last weekend it is possible to race Aixros in France. That's the case indeed: http://www.kartland.fr/competition/courses_ufolep.php
That's actually a race serie mixing categories, the Aixro is with 4 strokes, gearboxes and KFs. That's interesting, I might do one for fun.
Kartland is in the south east of Paris.

Hi, I gave a call to kartland.
Rules:
Tyres are le Cont MS (equivalent to vega green).
Weight is 175kg.
No limitation on rev
Other info:
- We need to get an UFOLEP licence to race (50 euros) and have a medical, as we are coming from abroad they would arrange a doctor to do it on the day
- The best meeting is apparently 28th August, knowing 29th is bank holidays in the UK, it's perfect!
- Practice on Saturday, however only on the 1,600m track in the morning from 9am to 12am, still practice in the afternoon but on a smaller track.
Who want to go with me on 28th? |
