If you wanted to go to Penn state,

There is a track that is realitively close by, BeaverRun motorsports park in Waupon Pennsylvania. We will be running WKA nationals there this coming year, its an excellent facility. Good news, its an Alan Wilson designed facility!!

I think you can't go wrong there, its a spectacular circuit.

The track is also CIK homologated!!!! One of only 3 in the United States!

Your rotax would run in the TAG catagory most probably, with a 360lb weight limit (not sure what that would be in kilos).
