1st let me introduce myself to people that do not know me.
My name is Jim Cassi, aka "Slimjim", I have raced karts for 10 years.
started in the 125 shifter class, before the ICC when we used dirt bike motors, then I switched to the Rotax RMC in 2000, then stopped racing in 2005 due to a injury from a car crash...not my fault...lol

Back a few years ago, I released my 1st kart mod for rFactor called Kart Racer, my 1st try at this. it was fun, but the physics wasn't what I wanted.
Back then the karts weight was the same as a small formula car, and the power was high to match.

A while later I made a lot of tweaks, and changed the name of the mod to World Karting, this latest release has had all the classes and engine power set to what they are in real life. the karts no longer flip over due to spins, the suspension is much stiffer, and very little to no movement at all, very crisp over the bumps. You can now also slide the karts into the turns under heavy braking, for more realistic corner entry.
New sounds have been added to the Rotax and Shifter class, also the shifter is now a ICC, with both karts having new engine models.

This may not be perfect, with every adjustment on a kart, but it is Free,
and it keeps getting better with every update.

Does the Rotax Max mod by IT-Trader use your models? There seems a close resemblance. Also, I heard you would release the ICA as an add on?

Yes they are using my models, not the updated versions,
as many of the other rFactor karting mods are.
the Rotax mod by IT-Trader is slower due to not having the proper engine physics.
and yes, i may in the future release the ICA as a add on.
